Our Approach To Planning

Ntale Safaris does not offer “scheduled” tours.  In other words, many tour companies will advertise a safari with a specific itinerary, set a date, a length of time, a cost per person double occupancy, and the number of places available.  You are expected to fit yourself into the schedule that has been set.  And that’s fine.

But we believe in taking a different approach.  We understand that each client is unique, and your safari should reflect your uniqueness.  Your safari will be planned in consultation with you, and will be based on your expressed interests.  Of course, if you aren’t sure, we have many ideas and are happy to make suggestions along the way.   We know all the good, lightly-travelled places that you really MUST see!

We offer you more than just a safari…  we will partner with you to give you the best possible experience, and bring your dreams of an authentic African Safari to life!

Our Commitment to Conservation and Community

In an effort to increase awareness for conservation we also ensure that the local communities benefit from your visit by promoting eco-tourism related activities in areas neighboring the national parks.   You will have an opportunity to visit local communities, to meet and chat with regular people about how they are addressing the challenges they face.

While on your safari we also kindly request that you follow our guidelines for responsible tourism, and respect the environment by minimizing the footprint that you leave.

Our Respect and Reverence for Wildlife

Uganda is so blessed with our rich wildlife!  And yet we see it disappearing at an alarming rate, with more species designated as endangered every year.  One of the many advantages of a safari in Uganda is that, on the whole, the country is far less traveled than Kenya or Tanzania, so the wildlife and their habitats are not overwhelmed by visitors.  The only way we can save Africa and the world’s unspoiled wilderness and heritage for posterity is if we do it together.  We look forward to sharing our incredible country with you.
