These sample tours are here to give you some ideas about what’s possible, and how much such a trip might cost. The estimates are based on 2 persons sharing double/twin accommodations in a comfortable, mid-range lodge. All activities listed in these itineraries are included in the estimate. Rather than offering packaged tours, our preference, always, is to work with you to design the trip of your dreams. Contact us when you’re ready to talk.
21-Day Safari
We recommend that you allow yourself 21 days to see the very best that Uganda has to offer. You can see Kidepo, Murchison Falls, Kibale, Bwindi, and Lake Mburo at a leisurely pace , and add a stop-off at Lake Bunyonyi to really kick back and relax.
14-Day Safari
In 14 days you could still manage most of the 21-day safari, but the schedule would be tighter, and you would miss Lake Bunyonyi.
7-Day Just the Primates
If you’re mainly interested in seeing the primates, a seven-day tour would get you to Kibale for the chimpanzees and to Bwindi for the gorillas, and finish at Lake Bunyonyi.
3-Day Safari
If you only have a very short time and want a tour that focuses in on a specific activity, you could visit the mountain gorillas in Bwindi, or fly in to Kidepo for two days of wildlife viewing.
